Reaping the Benefits of Sport with Ready Steady Go Kids!

Allowing your kids to engage in sports is one of the best ways to keep them busy and get up on their feet. Not only do they enjoy the benefits of an active life but teaches them valuable lessons they can take with them as they grow up. The effects of childhood participation in sports activities go far beyond the physical and can leave a lasting influence on their mental, emotional and social capacities.

Ready Steady Go Kids Philippines

Ready Steady Go Kids Philippines (RSG) truly believes in the power of sports. JP Paglinawan wanted to provide high quality, physio-designed programs that can educate children on the fundamentals of various sports - thus bringing Australia’s largest and most reputable multi-sport & exercise program for preschoolers here in the Philippines in 2015.

Ready Steady Go creates a fun, non-competitive and team-based environment for kids that focuses on specific gross motor, balance and coordination activities, facilitated by trained professionals that are not only good with sports but also good with kids. To add, the trainers all possess (as a minimum) a Level 1 Coaching qualification under the National Coaching Accreditation Scheme from the Australian Sports Commission, and are all trained in First Aid - so parents don’t have to worry given their coaches’ capabilities to handle and take good care of your kids.

All their classes run for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, and partner schools have a particular schedule they follow so that the kids enrolled can become familiar and comfortable with the routine. Their class size is limited from 6-12 students, ensuring all your kids are accommodated and given the proper guidance.

First day back to work and missed this little lady's @rsgkphilippines session today. It's her 3rd session and eventhough it's 8:30 AM, she is so willing to wake up early because it's nothing short of FUN! . . It's a multisports program targeting specific gross motor skills as well as eye-hand coordination and balance. What we love about it is how the coaches make each activity feels like a story- going to the jungle and zoo, pretending to pet the balls like animals, making animal movements and so on. I observed 2 sessions and no children seemed pressured to do the task. They are naturally motivated because the coaches are playful and warm. Pure fun while learning. And you know how big of a fan we are when it comes to play and learn. The class ends with a review of the kicks and skills they did and also a glimpse of what's instore for them for the next session. It makes Himig more excited cause she has something to look forward to. This is her first sports related summer activity and I think it's a perfect introduction for someone who does not prefer a specific sports just yet. Asked her during her first session if she wants to come back and she was elated when she answered "tom? I wanna come back tom!!! I wanna come back everyday" -No better review than that. . . Glad we get to know about them during @mommymundo 's #mommymundoworld 🏃🏽‍♂️. Contact @rsgkphilippines for a class near you as they partnered with different schools in various locations! :) It really is more than just sports! :)

“I’ve tried many different classes for Luke but we only continued with those that I felt really helps him and Ready Steady Go is obviously one of those.”
