Happening on May 10, 2014, Saturday, 830am to 12nn, this BusinessByDesign Workshop will help mompreneurs to view their businesses through a one-page framework that captures all the critical components of their business model. The venue is at The Crib, at Fun Ranch in Ortigas Pasig.
Whether it is to create an entirely new model or review and revise an existing one, this framework will help participants think about its business components in a simple yet effective way. Most importantly, they will be able to clearly identify what makes their business different.
Objectives: At the end of the workshop, mompreneurs will be able to: 1. Understand the basic components of the business model canvas 2. Apply the model through company case studies 3. Begin to draft their own business models with a key focus on the value proposition 4. Begin to evaluate their business models against some innovation criteria
